Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping times are provided by the applicable carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of A Spoon of Truth's control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

A Spoon of Truth is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen afterward.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at aspoonoftruth@gmail.com so we can assist you in determining the appropriate next step.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged package and products.

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

At this time, A Spoon of Truth does not ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or other charges associated with international shipments where applicable.
